Dancer of the year 2010
31 dancers will take to the stage on the 27th May for what’s predicted to be the best ever Dancer of the Year competition. The Ministry of Cultural Development says, this years competition is the first time all three sections, junior, intermediate and senior dancers will compete all on the same night. This year’s competition includes former and current national champions. The competition which only includes dancers within the Cook Islands will start at 6pm at the national auditorium. Reserve tickets are selling now for $15 each, or else $10 for those 13 years and over, and $5 for children from 6-12 year olds.
