Praise for Solicitor General

Leader of the Opposition Hon Tom Marsters had high praise for the work and legal opinions of Solicitor General, Pukapukan, Tingika Elikana when debating the Appropriation Bill 2010 and vote Crown Law on Tuesday afternoon.
He commended Elikana on the clarity of his legal opinions which made them easy to understand.
He said he found Elikana’s opinion on the legality of the House to make retrospective legislation easier to understand than the opinion from New Zealand based Constitutional lawyer Dr Alex Frame.
He congratulated Elikana.
