Dr Bo who has been practising for 15 years, arrived on Wednesday and the Times visited him on Friday at the Tupapa Maraerenga meeting house where he has set up his practice.
“Every time I come back I always adjust here, which is a perfect area,” said Dr Bo.
Dr Bo said he likes to give the people of New Zealand and the Cook Islands affordable adjustments. His price range per age of a person is as follows;
Adults: $20 for 1 adjustment, $50 for 3 adjustments.
Pensioners: $20 for 3 adjustments.
High School Students: $10 for 1 adjustment (13 years – 15 years.) $20 for 3 adjustments.
Children: $5 for 3 adjustments ( 10 years – 12 years)
Children 9 years and under are FREE.
Chiropractics is safe, effective, gentle and works for all ages and walks of life.” Yesterday my team and I did a free session at Papaaroa School, where we adjusted around 120 kids. Our purpose is to educate and adjust as many families as possible towards optimal health through natural Chiropractic care,” said Dr Bo.
Chiropractics is a health care profession that focuses on the relationship between the body’s structure—mainly the spine—and its functioning. Although practitioners may use a variety of treatment approaches, they primarily perform adjustments (manipulations) to the spine or other parts of the body with the goal of correcting alignment problems, alleviating pain, improving function, and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
Spinal Manipulation is the application of controlled force to a joint, moving it beyond the normal range of motion in an effort to aid in restoring health. Manipulation may be performed as a part of other therapies or whole medical systems, including chiropractic medicine, massage, and naturopathy.
Dr Bo and his assistants have been operating at the Tupapa Maraerenga Meeting house since Thursday, and will be operating on Saturday starting at 7am in the morning to 9am and then again from 2pm to 6pm..
If you miss out, be sure to catch Dr Bo and his team from 9am to 12 noon at Papaaroa school on Sunday, which will be Doctor Bo’s last day as he will be flying out on Sunday.
“ Optimal Spine equals Optimal Health,” says Dr Bo with a smile.
