Many happy returns, Papa Ralph

When a visitor has made 21 trips to the country to stay at your hotel, that’s something special.
When he celebrates his 91st birthday while staying with you, that’s even more special.
So the Rarotongan Beach Resort and Spa, Aroa, and its staff at came up with something special for Papa Ralph Westover (right photo), an American.
They held a birthday party for him on Thursday afternoon in the Garden Gazebo.
