FAO consultant to meet Minister

Minister for Agriculture Ngamau Munokoa is to hold meetings with the United Nations FAO (Food and Agriculture Organisation) here on Monday.
Representing the FAO is consultant Aleki Sisifa. On Monday he will meet with the Minister followed by divisional heads of the Agriculture Ministry; Ed Pittman, of Foreign Affairs; and Ian Bertram, of Marine Resources.
He will also undertake field visits with William Wigmore and Tiria Rere, of the Ministry for Agriculture.
On Tuesday, Sisifa makes an all-day visit to Aitutaki.
On Wednesday morning, he will meet with the National Committee overseeing the Fruit Trees development project sponsored by FAO, Secretariat of the Pacific Community (SPC) and DSAP (Development of Sustainable Agriculture in the Pacific project).
In the afternoon Sisifa will hold a de-briefing with the Ministry. He departs Rarotonga on Thursday.
