New Year brings new solutions in weight loss That’s the latest news from owner of Island Body Solutions Romani Katoa.
He has just finished running a 12-week programme called Body for Life and is about to launch a new one.
Participants joined the 12-week challenge programme that helped them lose weight and gain knowledge of how to keep the weight off long term.
Overall Katoa was very pleased with the progress of all the participants. It showed their determination to see the challenge through to the end, he said.
Winner Tekao Herrmann is pictured with the general manager of Pacific Resort, Greg Stanaway, and Katoa.
They are presenting him with the first prize of two nights at Pacific Resort, Aitutaki, return tickets on Air Rarotonga, a cheque for $1000 and a year’s membership compliments of Cook Island Fitness and a $100.00 voucher from Turtles.
EAS first introduced the Body For Life programme 11 years-ago.
The programme has been designed to get results with only 3 x 45mins gym workouts and 3 x 20min cardio sessions a week.
Katoa said: “We will also be having Body For Life support group sessions at the Kids’ N ‘Action every Friday afternoon for those who’ve joined Round 1 for this year and also for those who might be interested to join. It’s not too late! Last day to start is Monday 12th February.”
