Vaiari 5 launches album in aid of Church


Auckland based group Vaiari 5 with their newly
realeased album.

The Vaiari 5 band from Auckland are in Rarotonga to launch its new album which is being sold at the Tongareva Hostel. The band competed in the NZ Stringband competition and place 3rd overall. CD’s are selling for $20 and DVD’s $50 with all proceeds going towards the Motutapu CICC church in Auckland, New Zealand.
A huge number of phone-calls were received by Radio Cook Islands after a live performance and interview took place on radio – one caller rated the band a 10 and most callers were querying where they could purchase the music CD from. The band will be performing throughout the celebrations at various locations.
