Revealing the Truth.....
Dear Sir,
I would like to reply to Yolande Browne’s letter of 26 August, as she is a confused lost soul – my friend, you have heaps to learn, you have not done your homework, no research before challenging the public. I would like to ask you not to dig in other peoples’ garden, otherwise you will have millions of centipedes, only to bite you. In your letter you were saying that about 266 years ago, that is about 1740 – were everything was calm, everyone was living in harmony under the leadership, guidance and rules of my two (2) tupunas, (will not give names as this stage – people will use it to their advantage). There were no kings at this time – Tinomana and Makea have not existed. 1823 – the missionaries arrived on the island with John Williams also known as Tangiia. Between 1840-1860 the Mutiny of the Bounty arrived. That is when Fletcher (Tinomana) and Makea (in fact he is only a “mou ‘oe” off the canoe from Tahiti) were chosen by the missionaries to take care of the island.
The real supreme rulers, known to you as Tangiia and Karika (we are not releasing any names yet) were twin brothers, born on the “Te Pito Enua” – both their pitos were buried in Taputapuatea, Tahiti. They rule and “tamaki” within the Triangle of the Pacific, i.e. from Hawaii, Tonga, Samoa to the Easter Island to Aotearoa (the whole Pacific islands), from the 10th to the beginning of the 17th Century, until the papa’a arrived (Makea and Tinomana) and altered the History of the Cook Islands.
Question: Do you know where Te Patuakino (known as Charles Bank); Rangi Makea and all the people you mentioned in your letter buried, for you to take a DNA test to prove your point? To give right to claim their lands if its theirs.
My family knows where the real landowners/rulers (known to you as Tangiia and Karika) buried, which matches to our DNA. In fact, a DNA testing was taken off the last heathen (etene) in 1945 which is my tupuna’s (evidence have been taken and written) – with no papaa blood and no blood connection to you people, but to the 7 of us brothers and sisters, I being the eldest, Dorothy Ngaata.
The last of the Tinomana line was shot by Makea Pori (papaa) and Pa Ariki (papaa) under “Te Maru o Ngatoa”.
There is no such person as Rangi Makea BUT there is a Rangi Makea Vakatini with no ariki title. BUT if you are talking about a Rangi as a FEMALE, you are crossing over to my great-great-great grandmother’s line – Rangi Vaimotu – if you are, enjoy it while you can!! My advice to you – don’t look any further, you will never find it. We already have the answers – it is right near your people’s noses. That is why the Cook Islanders can look, search and search, north, east, south, west, you will never find it!! The TRUTH was hidden by the papaas and we already cracked it as it was revealed to us. And finally, if you want a photo of Te Patuakino and Rangi Makea Vakatini and others whom you claimed as yours – you can obtain that from my brother in Rarotonga, Ewan Ngaata – maybe if you go and ask him.
Yolande, I am just helping, it is only up to you to take it or leave it but I am telling you, you will never find what you are looking for, you are only creating conflict between your Browne family and other families, you even mention some of the members in my family line - that did not worry me because I know it is wrong, till next time.
Good Luck!!

Dear Editor
What is the Government doing about the Cook Islands girl that was recently raped in Fiji. This was such a horrible fate. It was utterly disgusting. Has the Government contacted the Fijian Government to make sure that they are doing everything in their power to ensure justice prevails.
The Australian Government looks after their people even though they were guilty. When Chapelle Corby got charged for drug possession in Indonesia, the Australian Government did everything they could to ensure that she received a fair trial and if possible for her to serve out her sentence in her own country. Even when that Australian boy was given the death penalty in Singapore this year, the Australian Government did what it could to help its citizen. Even the Australian public were behind them.
In this case, it is our citizen that has been victimised, what are you as the Government and the public doing about it?
The Cook Islands supports USP/FIT/FSM, so it has every right to ensure the safety of our students. I would also like to suggest that the Government reconsider sending our students to that country. It’s not as if you can provide jobs for all these students when they return. Send our students to New Zealand and Australia where the education is far better and the justice system dishes out just that.

Dear Editor,
It is so sad to learn that conflicts between families, i.e. between brothers and sisters; aunty and nieces, nephews; brothers and brothers; cousins; etc, etc., are happening particularly on Rarotonga, just over lands.
I know for a fact that it was published before, that Rarotonga was owned by two people – the two people believed to be Tangiia and Karika who halved the island in two. Research had been done and was found that this is true but these two names are wrong. These two men were twins, and I am sorry to say that it is not Vaimotu and Kaena, although I am truly from the Vaimotu line. Vaimotu is from one of the twins’ line but Kaena (I am sorry) is not related to Vaimotu or any of the twins. (Hence the names, Vaima’anga; Ngatoa; Nga-ata; etc, etc., all the lands that Vaimotu occupied in the dark ages were all named after him, hence the names, Vaiko’i, Vairau’ara, Vaireva, Vairoa, etc, etc.) The question arises: Are any of the Vaimotu line living on these lands? The answer is NO. Are we jumping – NO. We are just waiting for the right time. The true story of the twins have been revealed to my immediate family and was kept with us till we did further research. Our mother is from the Vaimotu line (again from one twin) and our father is from the other twin line – I am sorry, we are not prepared to release the names of the twins out now as it will be used to other peoples’ advantage. As can be seen today, people are jumping, fighting over lands that they know nothing about: the meaning of the names to the land; the symbols/signs on the lands; which is killing the innocent people – because they built their houses on the wrong spot (which happen to be a marae, or they occupied the wrong land which happen to be a spring-water pond, etc, etc. Now, people are getting sick on the island because of it, which we know for a fact: some have swollen black legs that never heal; some have red rash all over their body; some have bile – to’e tupu; etc., etc., don’t ask why, but ask how can be cured. I know you people will say that I am telling you ‘pollocks’, but I am telling you anyway, that only my family can cure you – we have natural ingredients that was passed from generation to generation and still with us today. However, hoping that whoever had those sicknesses, come and see one of us, unfortunately, I am not there to help but my brother is there at the moment – go and see him!! Well, till next time.
Kia Manuia!!

Letter to the Editor
Tell the Truth!
To the Editor,

After many attempts to get an answer from Dr Maoate why he and the Prime Minister called for a snap election, I can only assume from his lack of response and his refusal to talk to me as being one thing, greed. Funny isn’t it. These 2 were part of the Cabinet that also made the decision to grant money to Wigmore to pay for the pig digestor system that resulted in his losing his seat in Titikaveka in 2004. Don’t get me wrong. Wigmore is a good man. He was unfortunately involved with a bunch of political crooks in Cabinet who should have been charged and sent to jail. Now, we see history repeating itself. Are we going to allow Dr Maoate, the PM and the QR to get away with what they did. They can hide behind government because they don’t have to pay for all of this, we do, the taxpayer. And if they get back into government, what then, more corruption, greed and lies. What a
mockery to see the Demos showing Dr Maoate as a good man, a man of quality, a man of integrity. Who are you trying to kid. He can’t even decide whether he is a leader. He even supported the Moonies coming to the Cooks, why, because he was only interested in one thing, their money. E mata kite te taote, korua ko timmy boy e te DR. We, the little people are not blind or stupid anymore. If you think you have our vote on the 26, think again. Its not too late to humble yourself like Sir Geoffrey did. Now that’s what you call true leadership.
George Maggie TUP AP A (future Speaker!)
