You Say: Be warned about
board sackings
Dear Editor – E Tapi, te akape’ea mai nei kotou! To say that the sacking of the board members authorised by you is not political has to be the biggest joke of 2007.
Who are you kidding? If sacking five CIP supporters is not political, and replacing them with five Demo ones, what do you call that?
I have nothing personal against any of these people but the way in which you described that the boards need new blood, surely that should include you too?
Is it not true that this is your third term on the CIIC board, rescued by your Demo buddies and now heading the most powerful agency of the Crown, CIIC.
What an insult to the intelligence of the people of the Cook Islands.
What an insult to those who gave of their time, their commitment to help our nation in some small way to be treated like …. !
The problem now is that not only are you turning the wheels of our country backwards by your stupid decisions but you are potentially exposing good people to ridicule and embarrassment because of your egotistical and dictatorial behaviour.
God help our country if this continues.
Perhaps the wrath of fire will once again reek its ugly head if but to stop this senseless and stupid nonsense by a party (DEMOS) wreaked with vindictiveness, hatred and corruption. Be warned.
